Jody Stewart

Hospitalized to undergo a quadruple bypass, Jody Stewart’s journey back home was long and full of challenges to overcome. It began with being placed on a ventilator and undergoing a tracheostomy following respiratory distress. He also had a chest tube placed. Diagnosed with respiratory failure, Timothy Martell admitted to Vibra Hospital of Houston with hope. Hope that he would breathe again on his own. Hope that he would return home. Hope that he would be able to live his life independently again.

Shyla Smith Beard

Shyla Smith Beard arrived at Vibra Hospital of Houston in poor health. Having experienced complications due to septic shock, Shyla required continued medical management after an initial hospitalization. Those complications resulted in amputations of both of Shyla’s legs as well as her left forearm.

Juan Ruiz

But that day, Juan’s life would change drastically when he fell at work, sustaining a traumatic brain injury and multiple fractures of his skull, scapular, and ribs.
